The Home of YEP! Sauce and Lutie's Jams
How it Started
Tasked with making a Smoked Tomato Jam at the restaurant I was working in at the time, I came up with this awesome blend of smoked tomatoes and spices that was an instant hit! It took a lot of trial and error to reach the recipe used today, and it was well worth the wait!
Then a friend of mine wanted a Blueberry Cardamom Jam, so I experimented some more and came up with a blend that won 2nd Prize in the 2018 North Carolina State Fair.
I keep experimenting with different blends of fruits and I'm excited to share them with you! I mostly make blends, but I have been known to make single fruit jams as well.

After several attempts at nailing down the final recipe, YEP! Sauce #5 was born!
A secret blend of locally sourced peppers are used when in season.
